Comparison
Sales Navigator alternative for Switzerland
The two tools answer different questions. This page compares them only on attributes that can be checked, and names for every statement about Sales Navigator the public LinkedIn page it comes from.
The short answer
Sales Navigator is strong once you know whom you want to reach: it searches the LinkedIn network with more than 50 filters and lets you message people directly inside LinkedIn.
HeySali is signal-based sales intelligence, made for the question before that: which Swiss company has a reason to talk right now, why, and who decides there.
You get a weekly list with the event, the date, the source and the person to contact, so your team knows what the call is about before it dials.
The comparison, attribute by attribute
Six attributes that can be checked, side by side. No ratings, no scores, and no wording about one being better than the other.
How you reach a person
- Sales Navigator
- InMail inside the product: message people even without a connection. LinkedIn states 50 InMail credits per user and month on all three plans.
- HeySali
- HeySali sends nothing. Every lead carries the person to contact and checked contact data through Cognism as a licensed European provider. Your team picks the channel and the wording.
Signal sources
- Sales Navigator
- Alerts on saved leads and accounts, such as a job or role change. Reactions to your ads and Buyer Intent on Advanced and Advanced Plus, reactions to your content on Advanced Plus. Every alert LinkedIn documents is an event on LinkedIn.
- HeySali
- Signal families with a fixed window: leadership changes, commercial registry, public tenders, hiring and growth, Bombora Buyer Intent, website and offering, HeySali Agents, negative signals. The sources are SHAB, Zefix, simap, career pages, job boards, news, Bombora and our own crawlers.
Swiss registers (Zefix, SHAB, simap)
- Sales Navigator
- Not publicly documented. Zefix, SHAB, simap and the commercial registry do not appear on the LinkedIn pages listed under Sources.
- HeySali
- Zefix and SHAB for the commercial registry and leadership changes, simap for public tenders, SHAB again for negative signals. The debt-collection register stays out: under Art. 8a SchKG it cannot be queried automatically.
Data origin and residency
- Sales Navigator
- LinkedIn describes Sales Navigator as built on activity from real professionals, real companies and genuine relationships, instead of relying on scraped data, anonymous traffic or outdated third-party sources. A storage location for Swiss customers is not publicly documented.
- HeySali
- Servers and language models run in Swiss data centres, as the standard and not as an option. Queries to external providers run through their systems. Every record carries the date it was last confirmed.
Price
- Sales Navigator
- List price from USD 119.99 per licence and month (Core) and from USD 159.99 per licence and month (Advanced); Advanced Plus on request. Published in USD, AUD, CAD, EUR and GBP — a Swiss franc price is not published. The pricing page carries the date 1 August 2026.
- HeySali
- Pro CHF 249 per user and month, CHF 207 paid annually. HeySali Team CHF 899 per month, CHF 749 paid annually, up to 5 users. Prices excl. VAT, in CHF in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, USD elsewhere.
Delivery rhythm
- Sales Navigator
- Search on demand, plus alerts on saved leads and accounts, which LinkedIn describes as real-time signals.
- HeySali
- One list per week. Every signal carries a window: 90 days for public tenders, 120 days for leadership changes, 150 days for the commercial registry. After that it leaves the list.
The Sales Navigator column reports what LinkedIn publishes on its own public pages, retrieved 19 September 2026. Where a cell says that something is not publicly documented, it means those pages say nothing about it — not that a capability is missing. The prices are LinkedIn's list prices; LinkedIn notes that they are estimates, may exclude VAT and are subject to change.
When Sales Navigator stays the better choice
There are cases where HeySali is not the right tool. Four of them are clear.
When you want to reach people inside LinkedIn
Sales Navigator messages contacts by InMail, even without a connection, with 50 credits per user and month on every plan. HeySali sends nothing and hands you the contact data instead.
When your market goes beyond Switzerland
Sales Navigator works on the LinkedIn network and is not tied to one country. HeySali is built around Swiss and DACH sources: Zefix, SHAB and simap exist here and nowhere else.
When your motion is social selling
If posts, reactions and conversations on LinkedIn are your channel, the work happens where Sales Navigator sits. LinkedIn documents alerts on profile changes and on reactions to your content for exactly that.
When the network decides
When the way in is a colleague's existing contact, the work sits in the LinkedIn network: LinkedIn lists TeamLink and TeamLink Extend on Advanced and Advanced Plus. HeySali does not read your team's network at all.
When HeySali fits
Four situations in which HeySali answers the question you actually have.
When the market is Switzerland or DACH
Commercial registry entries in Zefix and SHAB, public tenders on simap, job postings and news are read every week and turned into companies with a reason.
When you want the reason and the timing, not a longer list
Every entry starts with the event: what happened, on what date, from which source, and how long the reason still holds. The company and the person come after that.
When the data should stay in Switzerland
Servers and language models run in Swiss data centres as the standard. Queries to external providers run through their systems, and every record carries the date it was last confirmed.
When the qualified lead goes into a system you already run
The reason, the date, the source and the person to contact stay with the lead, so it can be checked and handed to the CRM or ERP you already use.
Not a CRM
HeySali is the work before the CRM
HeySali is not a CRM and does not replace one. HeySali is the work before it: finding out which company has a reason right now, why, and who decides there. The qualified lead then goes into the CRM or ERP you already use.
HeySali sends nothing on your behalf. The reason, the date, the source and the person to contact stay with the lead, so your team can check it and your existing system keeps the record.
Prices and trial
Pro costs CHF 249 per user and month, or CHF 207 per user and month paid annually, with 1 user and 300 credits per month. HeySali Team costs CHF 899 per month, or CHF 749 per month paid annually, for up to 5 users and 3,000 credits per month for the whole team.
Credits are only spent when Prospector returns usable contact or company data, and they expire at the end of the month. Prices excl. VAT, in CHF in Switzerland and Liechtenstein and in USD elsewhere.
14 days free to try, no payment details, up to 5 users, not tied to a plan.
What LinkedIn publishes
LinkedIn publishes Sales Navigator Core from USD 119.99 per licence and month and Advanced from USD 159.99 per licence and month; Advanced Plus is priced on request. Source: the Compare Sales Navigator plans page on business.linkedin.com, retrieved 19 September 2026, whose pricing section carries the date 1 August 2026.
A price in Swiss francs is not published. The page lists USD, AUD, CAD, EUR and GBP and points to the purchase flow for further currencies. We do not convert those amounts into francs here, because the result would be our number and not LinkedIn's.
LinkedIn notes on the same page that the listed prices are estimates, may exclude VAT and are subject to change.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a Swiss alternative to LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
HeySali is a Swiss answer to a different question: it reads Zefix, SHAB, simap, career pages, job boards, news, Bombora and its own crawlers, and delivers a weekly list of companies with the event, the date, the source and the person to contact. Servers and language models run in Swiss data centres. Sales Navigator remains the product for searching the LinkedIn network and messaging people inside it.
Does HeySali replace Sales Navigator?
Not for the job Sales Navigator does best. Sales Navigator searches the LinkedIn network and reaches people inside LinkedIn. HeySali answers which company has a reason to talk right now, why, and who decides there. Teams that need both run both.
What does Sales Navigator cost in Swiss francs?
LinkedIn does not publish a Swiss franc price. Its pricing page lists USD, AUD, CAD, EUR and GBP, names Core from USD 119.99 per licence and month and Advanced from USD 159.99 per licence and month, and states that further currencies appear in the purchase flow. LinkedIn notes that these are estimates, may exclude VAT and are subject to change. Retrieved 19 September 2026; the pricing section carries the date 1 August 2026.
Which Sales Navigator plans are there and how do they differ?
LinkedIn publishes three: Core, Advanced and Advanced Plus, described on its own pricing page as best for individual sellers, for sales teams, and for sales teams using an integrated CRM. Buyer Intent, TeamLink, Smart Links and team reporting start at Advanced; the CRM integration and lead and contact creation are Advanced Plus only, for which LinkedIn publishes no price. Read from LinkedIn's pricing page on 19 September 2026.
Can you try Sales Navigator without entering payment details?
No. LinkedIn states that it asks for payment information for the trial and sends a reminder seven days before it ends, and that the trial is open only to members who are not on a paid LinkedIn subscription and have not used a LinkedIn trial in the past 365 days. HeySali is free for 14 days without a payment method, for up to five users, and the trial is not tied to a plan. Read from LinkedIn's pricing page on 19 September 2026.
Does Sales Navigator deliver signals from the commercial register or from public tenders?
LinkedIn documents no such source on its public pages, checked on 19 September 2026. The alerts it does document are events on LinkedIn — a saved lead's job or role change, engagement with your content or your ads, a teammate's activity. Zefix, SHAB and simap are the sources HeySali reads for the commercial register, leadership changes and public tenders.
Can I use both at the same time?
Yes. HeySali produces the weekly list with the event, the date, the source and the person to contact. Your team decides on the channel, and that can be LinkedIn. HeySali sends nothing itself.
