Signal-based sales intelligence from Switzerland

Win new B2B clients with buying signals. At exactly the right time.

Every week, the companies where something has just happened — with the reasoning, the source and the person to contact.

14 days free, no payment details needed. Set up in two minutes.

HeySali's weekly digest: this week's companies with their score, the signal behind each one and the next step
Sales has two modes: too early and too late. HeySali delivers the third: companies in the buying window, decision-makers included. Every week.

How HeySali works

  1. Define your ICP
  2. Discover signal-backed accounts
  3. Verify company and contact data
  4. Start relevant outreach

How HeySali understands what you sell

  1. Your search profile

HeySali reads your domain and understands your offer. You define which companies fit — your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) — and who decides there: your buyer personas. You know your market; HeySali sticks to it.

  2. Your weekly list

When something relevant happens at a matching company, it lands on your weekly list. With trigger, reasoning and verified contact details for the right decision-makers, from business email to direct dial.

or

Your own search

Or search yourself: by region, industry, company size, role and seniority. The contact data, with verified direct dials and mobile numbers, comes mainly from a licensed European data provider that states it sources it in line with the GDPR, and from further sources.

Anyone can buy a cold list. HeySali delivers companies and decision-makers that fit you, exactly when it counts.

What is a buying signal?

A buying signal is a verifiable event that creates need: a new head of marketing, a public tender. Each one opens a window in which the reason still holds. HeySali monitors official Swiss registers and open web sources.

Leadership changes

New decision-makers rethink the status quo.

Public tenders

Budget approved, clock ticking.

Commercial registry

Official from Zefix and SHAB: incorporations, capital, locations.

Hiring

Companies that hire are growing and investing.

Buyer intent

Measures which topics companies are reading markedly more about than usual.

HeySali Agents

Read public sources and spot patterns like vendor switches.

Every signal has a window. HeySali spots the when.

Works with the systems you already run

Verified decision-makers and qualified leads land straight in your CRM or ERP. Nobody has to key anything in twice.

A lead with reason, contact and timing

Every qualified lead answers five questions

No name without a reason. Your team knows what the call is about before it dials.

  1. What happened?

The triggering event with its date and source, such as a leadership change or a tender.

  2. Why is it relevant?

We map the signal to your offer and your target persona.

  3. Who should you contact?

The right decision-maker role with a checked business address, phone number and LinkedIn profile.

  4. When should you act?

How long the signal stays useful, for instance 120 days after a leadership change.

  5. How do you open the conversation?

The opening line, drawn from the event itself and from what you sell.

Data coverage and source transparency

HeySali combines provider data with official public sources. For every piece of information you can see where it came from.

Swiss and global signal monitoring

We monitor Zefix, simap and official web sources continuously for hiring, leadership changes, new locations and company announcements.

Decision-makers and contact quality

Search by role and seniority and see which business and mobile numbers are on file.

Business events and technographics

Prioritise companies by hiring, leadership changes, funding rounds and mergers, and match the technology they use against your offer.

Official company intelligence

We turn official websites, career pages and company announcements into sales evidence with a source link.

Buyer intent topics

Licensed research data from a data co-op of B2B publications and vendors, refreshed weekly and at company level only.

Verified contact data

From Cognism, a licensed European B2B data provider that states it sources the data in line with the GDPR, complemented by further sources: verified mobile and direct-dial numbers, and DNC/TPS screening in supported markets. You use that data directly in HeySali, without a licence of your own.

How recent the data is

Every record carries the date it was last confirmed, and a search can be narrowed to a window.

Not a CRM

HeySali is the work before the CRM

HeySali is not a CRM and does not replace one. HeySali is the work before it: finding out which company has a reason right now, why, and who decides there. The qualified lead then goes into the CRM or ERP you already use.

HeySali sends nothing on your behalf. The reason, the date, the source and the person to contact stay with the lead, so your team can check it and your existing system keeps the record.

What signal-based sales intelligence is

The same signals. Two ways to work with them.

Why not just …?

… keep Sales Navigator?

Outreach happens inside LinkedIn. LinkedIn publishes 50 InMail credits per user and month, on all three plans.

HeySali pairs every signal with a direct line: business email, direct and mobile numbers, LinkedIn profile included.

… buy a big database?

A list of names tells you who exists, never when. Work it at random and you are almost always too early or too late.

HeySali flips the order: signal first, then the name. You hit the window in between.

… stitch it together yourself?

Five platforms, five logins, exports and data silos nobody maintains.

HeySali starts at the signal and ends at the handoff into the CRM or ERP you already use.

Which is exactly why HeySali exists.

Assumptions and sources

Employer costs: annual salary plus 18% employer contributions, 1,880 working hours or 45 working weeks per year. Licence prices: rounded vendor list prices on monthly billing, as of August 2026; every amount can be adjusted in the calculator. The savings assume the selected licence costs go away with HeySali; which ones you actually keep or hand off is your decision. Time savings: assumption of 50% (Pro) and 70% (Team) of the time spent on company search, research and data upkeep, because HeySali takes over company discovery, signal checking and contact data; the Team plan adds human-reviewed weekly leads. HeySali prices shown for monthly billing; yearly billing is cheaper (Pro CHF 207, Team CHF 749 per month). All amounts in Swiss francs (CHF).

Fair-credit guarantee

Credits are only spent when Prospector returns usable contact or company data. If nothing comes back, you pay nothing.

  • No usable enrichment means no credit is spent.
  • The Prospector popup tells you immediately when credits were not charged or were returned.

The founder

Behind HeySali is a B2B sales professional from Zurich

HeySali grows straight out of sales practice. Every feature answers a question from real B2B sales: which company, which person, which moment.

Executive summary

More than twelve years of B2B sales in Switzerland and the DACH region: key account management, business development and sales leadership with P&L ownership. Since 2026 I have been building my own sales intelligence software: HeySali.

Career at a glance

A Zurich city kid. From project business for banking, manufacturing, retail, IT and life sciences through key account and senior roles to software reselling (sales, marketing and CRM systems). Since 2026 founder and managing director of Glatt Digital and HeySali.

After hours: basketball. Active player at BBZU in the Zurich Unterland, certified Youth+Sport (J+S) coach, and in the 2026/27 season coaching the U18 boys at inter-cantonal level: set up the team, drill the plays, stay calm in crunch time — and get the boys to where they call the plays themselves.

Core competencies

Strategic account management

Full P&L ownership, pipeline development and growth of key accounts.

Revenue and growth

Sales strategy, CRM optimisation and decisions grounded in data.

Business development

New business, account-based marketing and cross-functional leadership.

Digital solutions

Data enrichment, buying signals and sales systems.

That experience is in the software: in every plan the HeySali Agents monitor your target accounts. On the HeySali Team plan an experienced sales professional reviews and signs off every weekly lead.

HeySali at a glance

What's a lead enrichment credit?

Credits are used for lead enrichment and buyer intent lookups.

1 credit typically covers 1 enrichment action on a lead. If Prospector cannot return usable contact or account enrichment, the credit is not charged or is returned automatically.

How many credits are included?

Pro includes 300 credits per month and user. HeySali Team includes 3,000 credits per month for the whole team.

The allowance is credited to your workspace and shared across all users.

Do credits roll over?

Plan credits reset monthly.

Unused credits expire at the end of the month; your allowance starts fresh in the new month.

What counts as an enrichment?

Enrichment means we complete or update existing lead and company data — company details, a business email, a phone number. It runs off your own search or automatically via buyer intent topics, depending on which fields your plan unlocks.

What are buyer intent signals?

Buyer intent signals highlight companies that are reading markedly more than usual about topics related to your offer. HeySali combines them with business events and public company context so your team can judge the timing rather than treating one signal as proof of a purchase.

How does HeySali watch the Swiss commercial register?

Every night HeySali checks new commercial-register entries against the search terms in your profile.

It works from the official Zefix data and the notices published in the SHAB. If your profile names cantons as its target region, only companies from those cantons remain. For each match you see the company, its seat and canton, the wording of the notice, the SHAB publication date and the link to the source. You can also watch individual companies directly.

Can I control what a colleague sees?

Roles decide what each person can open and change.

Owner, admin and member cover most teams, and you can build a custom role on top — permission by permission, area by area — so somebody can work the week's leads without reaching billing or the workspace settings.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is HeySali?

HeySali detects the buying signals of Swiss companies and turns them into sales conversations with a reason. The software combines ICP-fit account discovery, explainable buying and company signals and decision-maker enrichment. On the HeySali Team plan an experienced sales professional supports your team.

Every recommendation keeps its reasoning and source visible — you decide whether a lead is worth the work.

What is sales intelligence, and what does HeySali do differently in Switzerland?

Sales intelligence means preparing data on companies and decision-makers so your sales team knows whom to contact, when and why. HeySali is sales intelligence from Switzerland: the signals also come from Swiss sources such as Zefix, SHAB and simap, hosting is in Switzerland, and every lead arrives with its date, source and window.

How does HeySali help with lead generation and winning new clients?

HeySali looks for companies that match your ideal customer profile and reports them as soon as there is a reason to talk: a leadership change, a commercial register entry, a tender or a new role. Every week you get a list with the reasoning, the source and the right decision-makers. New business then starts with a reason for the conversation rather than a cold list.

What is intent data, and how does HeySali use it?

Intent data shows that a company is reading markedly more about a subject than it usually does. HeySali does not measure it itself; it licenses it through a data partner and combines it with events from registers, tenders, hiring and websites. An intent signal is evidence to review, not a guarantee of buying intent.

How does HeySali work with our existing sales systems?

HeySali is not a CRM but the sales intelligence before the handoff: discover, qualify and enrich accounts, then pass the records to your CRM, ERP or existing workflow.

Source context and reasoning stay with the lead; duplicate spreadsheet work drops.

Is HeySali a CRM?

HeySali is not a CRM and does not replace one. HeySali is the work before it: finding out which company has a reason right now, why, and who decides there. The qualified lead then goes into the CRM or ERP you already use.

How is HeySali different from a company database?

A company database hands you names. HeySali gives you the reason first — the event, its date, its source and the window it holds for — and only then the name of the company and the person to contact.

Why does HeySali not use Swiss debt-collection records?

Under Art. 8a SchKG the Swiss debt-collection register cannot be queried automatically. HeySali therefore evaluates SHAB publications, the only channel for financial irregularities that is public and automatically accessible.

Does HeySali send emails?

No. HeySali prepares the lead — the event, its date, its source and the person to contact — and hands it over; the outreach stays with your team, which decides on the channel and the wording.

What can HeySali help my team do?

HeySali helps your team:

discover ICP-fit companies, recognize the right moment, find the decision-makers and reach them while the reason still holds. New leads arrive every week with reasoning, source and the person to contact — no merging spreadsheets and separate data systems. On the HeySali Team plan, a sales person takes on part of it as well.

How is HeySali different from a lead database?

A lead database hands you records you still have to filter and interpret yourself. HeySali checks companies against your ICP, evidences with signal and source why a company matters right now, identifies the right decision-makers and recommends the next sales action. On the HeySali Team plan, a sales person also reviews every lead before it reaches you.

Which buying signals does HeySali monitor, and how precisely are they defined?

HeySali monitors signal families, each with a defined window. Leadership changes from SHAB, news and LinkedIn, with a 120-day window. The Swiss commercial register via Zefix and SHAB for new incorporations, capital increases, new locations, mergers and purpose changes, 150 days. Public tenders via simap, 90 days, the tightest window of them all because the budget there is already approved. Hiring and growth via career pages and job boards, 120 days.

On top of that come website and offer changes via our own crawlers, plus buyer intent topics. They show when a company is reading markedly more about a subject than it usually does. You do not need a licence of your own for them.

The HeySali Agents additionally spot patterns that sit in no database, such as vendor switching or recurring renewal cycles. Negative signals form a family of their own. Cost cutting, layoffs, site closures and liquidations suppress a company for 365 days so you do not lose time at the wrong address. How strongly a signal counts is yours to weight.

Can I try HeySali before choosing a plan?

Yes. HeySali is free for 14 days, no payment method, and up to five users can test together — the trial is not tied to a plan. On Pro you usually see the first tailored results after about two weeks. HeySali Team starts with a paid 30-day pilot for up to five users, with 3,000 credits a month, support from an experienced sales professional and leads reviewed weekly.

What does the HeySali Team plan add?

On the HeySali Team plan an experienced sales professional works alongside your team, someone who knows your market, without you having to fill a role for it.

They take on the work there is rarely time for day to day. Sharpening the ICP and target personas, assessing the week’s leads, preparing conversation openers and deciding with you which ones to work first. On top of that the HeySali sales team checks every lead before release.

The conversations and the closing stay with your team; the groundwork does not. It fits when sales runs alongside everything else, or the team is small and there is no time for the preparation.

Where is my data hosted?

In Switzerland. HeySali runs with Infomaniak on servers in Swiss data centres, and the language models it uses are operated in Switzerland as well. This is the standard, not an option.

Your data in HeySali — account, lists, enrichments — is stored with Infomaniak in Switzerland and is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). The exceptions: queries to external data providers naturally run through their systems, system emails are sent by Mailgun from the EU, and the website and the HeySali interface are delivered by Cloudflare. Your data does not pass through Cloudflare; it goes directly to the servers in Switzerland.

Is HeySali available in German?

Yes. The HeySali interface is available in German (Switzerland) and English. You choose the language when you register and can change it at any time under My Account.

How do enrichment and signals work together?

Data enrichment adds company details, buyer roles, business emails and phone numbers.

Signal analysis grounds the timing in buyer intent topics, hiring activity, business events, official web sources and supported registry changes. A signal is evidence to review, not a guarantee of buying intent.

Together: the signal shows where a closer look pays off, enrichment supplies the path to the right person.
