Credits are allocated per user.
Each user seat includes a monthly credit allowance based on your plan.

Plan credits reset monthly.
Add-on credits follow the validity shown (30 days to 12 months).

Credits within your plan can be used anytime within 30 days to 12 months from purchase depending on your plan. Unused credits expire after that period.

An enrichment is updating or completing lead/contact & company data (e.g., firmographics, business email/phone availability of your own search or automated from buyer intent topics), depending on your plan's enabled fields.

Buyer intent highlights companies showing increased interest in relevant topics. Use and filter it to prioritize accounts that are warm right now.
